One of our central goals is to provide you, the home owner, a positive home building experience. It has never been our goal to build the “most” homes in Kansas City, but the best. Our Award winning home designs have been instrumental in our growth as a company. While many other builders had to close their doors during the housing collapse, it was our dedication to building a quality product that allowed us to thrive and prosper.

We work with community developers to ensure a quality neighborhood. In other words, we won’t build homes in a community unless we are as sure as possible that the overall community is built for success. We don’t want you living in a neighborhood in a home you love, but the pool that was promised is never finished! We are currently building in some of the finest communities in the Kansas City area and only expand when we are certain a new community is one that will be ideal for our customers and their needs.

Our Founder, Scott Bamesberger, is a hands on builder. He understands the pure enjoyment of owning a home you will treasure along with some of the pitfalls of the building process. It’s never easy to build your dream home, however we work diligently to have our entire team work with you to communicate every step of the process and make the end product and relationship one that both of us can be proud of.
